Ambition, grounded
in what matters.

I'm Calvin Payne—a husband, father, sales professional, and business coach. I believe success should reflect the life you want to build and the people you want to be present for.

For the past several years, my wife, Kneisha, and I have been building an online retail business alongside our careers. Along the way, I've developed a deep appreciation for strong relationships, consistent habits, and people who follow through.

I enjoy connecting with working professionals and couples who value personal growth and want to explore what business ownership could look like alongside their current responsibilities.

“Build something meaningful.
Keep your priorities in view.”

Script of my life

“But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”

Matthew 6:33 · KJV

What we stand for

Principles that guide
the way I build.

The way we show up for people matters just as much as the goals we're working toward.

01 / RELATIONSHIPS

Connect with intention.

Get to know the person. Ask thoughtful questions. Build trust through honest conversations and consistent actions.

02 / LEADERSHIP

Practice what you teach.

Take ownership, stay open to feedback, and honor commitments. Leadership starts with how you manage yourself.

03 / GROWTH

Make learning a habit.

Read, listen, ask, and apply. Progress comes from putting useful ideas into practice over time.

What we help you learn

Practical skills.
Consistent action.

Our coaching focuses on the everyday work of building an e-commerce business alongside your existing responsibilities.

01 / CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS

Build trust with customers.

Learn to ask useful questions, understand customer needs, explain products clearly, and follow up thoughtfully.

02 / CONSISTENT BUSINESS ACTIVITY

Turn goals into a routine.

Plan time for outreach, customer follow-up, and learning. Track your activity and review what needs to improve.

03 / TEAM DEVELOPMENT

Help others develop.

Practice setting clear expectations, supporting new business owners, and teaching habits that others can put into action.

Our approach

A conversation is the starting point.

Good partnerships begin with understanding each other.

01

Connect

Talk about your background, priorities, and what you're working toward. Share perspectives and find common ground.

02

Explore

If business ownership is part of the conversation, discuss the model, expectations, time, and costs so both sides can assess the fit.

03

Decide thoughtfully

Ask questions and consider the details. Any next step should make sense for your goals and your responsibilities.

The next connection starts here

Explore working together.

Start with a brief conversation about your goals, our experience, and whether it makes sense to explore further.

Tell us a little about yourself and what you’re working toward so we can make our first conversation more meaningful. We’ll review your responses and reach out if a conversation makes sense. Before you decide whether to move forward, we’ll explain the business model, time commitments, and costs.
